In the commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of the clients, the following policies have been adopted:
ARRIVAL TO YOUR TREATMENT
Please arrive for your treatment appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or edit your appointment. If you fail to cancel prior to 48 hours before your appointment, but you give more than 24 hours notice, a £15 fee will be charged, Full refunds will not be given.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee for services. No refunds will be provided for deposits or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled onsite massage appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless having telephoned us you might be late), it will be construed by us that you are a “no-show”.
NO SHOW POLICY
We understand that on occasion you will be required to re-arrange pre-booked appointments for any number of reasons, as long as this is made clear 48 hours prior to any the treatment day then no charge will occur. If, however, you cancel a morning (before 12pm) appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or an afternoon or evening appointment after 11am the same day; a charge will incur of £15 to cover the cost of the loss of earnings. In the case of a NO SHOW (fail to attend a pre-booked appointment) you agree to pay 100% of the appointment fee (unless the appointment is rescheduled and paid for in advance - whereby a £15 fee will be charged)
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
A full fee will be charged on your credit card.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.
INFORMED CONSENT
Prior to each session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with us you will receive a copy of the onsite massage therapy policies and will be asked to electronically sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional policies and procedures.
